Each injury or medical problem is unique. I always suggest individuals should consult with their physician or physical therapist before resuming any exercise program after an illness or injury. When returning to a program after being released, I always recommend seeing a physical therapist or trainer in your area for individualized help.

With GB2 you will have a resource with you all the time and you dont have to wait 12 months to get all the information.
The SI Curriculum is so people can take a little time and play with the skills and techniques before the next skills are introduced. After the 12 months is up, you no longer have access to the information.
The same information is covered, but it is organized and delivered differently. Plus, because there is so much information in both products, customers often tell us they pick up new information from both products.

I highly recommend Ground Breaking 2. It is a comprehensive series of all the foundational techniques I teach on developing athletic speed. Ground Breaking 2 covers everything in Ground Breaking PLUS a whole lot more. If you are thinking of purchasing Ground Breaking 2, there is no need to purchase the first one, Ground Breaking Athletic Movement.

this video is for coaches and or athletes wishing to improve footwork, coordination, acceleration and deceleration mechanics, as well as quick response jumping, leaping, and hopping. It is a great tool to teach athletes how to reposition their feet for greater quickness. The coaching cues and methods demonstrated in this video are going to set you up for success.
This video is great for all athletes and general clients because it shows coaches and trainers how to use low boxes and slant boards to mobilize the key joints of the body for greater speed. This video will help reduce the potential for injury by increasing the range of motion of the feet, ankles, and hips. Low Box 2 is not a continuation of Low Box Training for Athletes but it is a must if you want to gain all the benefits you possibly can of low box training for athletes.

In the video I use 2 x 16 x 6, 2 x 16 x 4 and 2 x 12 x 7. You can make these plyo boxes yourself or purchase from Perform Better.
